BREAKING: There Is A Tower On Fire In Dubai Marina
A small fire has broken out in Dubai Marina. One Twitter user observed that it was one of three possible buildings: Marina 101, Mag218 or Marina Pinnacle. Another user said it was Sulafa tower. Let’s hope that’s it’s nothing serious and that it doesn’t escalate. More to come…

It is confirmed to be Sulafa Tower, there are eight firetrucks on site.
Update 3:40pm
The fire has been brought under control, residents have returned home and there are no reports of injuries at this point.
First sightings of smoke came at approximately 3:05pm on Wednesday afternoon
