A Surprising Number Of Residents Are Happy With Their Banking Institution
A new survey of UAE residents has found that 80% of users would recommend their bank to a friend.
The survey, conducted by Yallacompare, quizzed more than 3,500 residents and found a high level of banking satisfaction among customers.
According to the study: 80% of UAE residents would recommend their bank to others, 77% would recommend their credit card to others.
And only 12% said they would not recommend their bank to others.
