Some Much-Needed Affordable Housing Projects Have Been Announced For Both Dubai And Abu Dhabi

Bloom Properties, an Abu Dhabi based property developer have just announced affordable properties to be built in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

A bench-mark yearly rent of AED 45,000 is proposed for the Abu Dhabi block while prices for the Dubai sets of accommodation are aimed at mid-market buyers, with prices starting at AED 360,000 for a 40 square meter apartment. The entire residence consists of 686 residential units including studios, one, two and three bed flats. 

182 of the 343 properties have already been reserved at the Bloom Heights project in Jumeirah Village Circle, which is located next to Sports City.

The development is set for completion in 2019.
