Chef Nobu Matsuhisa Will Host Two Special Evenings At His Atlantis Restaurant This Month
Dubai has several fine restaurants and Nobu is one of them.
Should you choose to dine there on the 26th or 27th of this month then you’re in for a real treat. Chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa will be hosting two exclusive evenings where diners will enjoy a mouth-watering meal in the restaurant from 7pm followed by an after party on the terrace.
Think a Japanese and Peruvian influenced tasting menu inspired by his favourite dishes. We’re talking assorted sashimi four ways, including king crab daikon roll and salmon jime, followed by a selection of hand rolled sushi and signature black cod jalapeno miso. It doesn’t stop there! The menu also includes Japanese beef tenderloin with wasabi salsa and ponzu sauce. The last bit of this scrumptious meal will be tofu tiramisu and Japanese mochi ice cream. Expect bubbles and signature Nobu free flowing cocktails on the terrace from 10pm to 1am.
