David Bowie dies after secret 18-month battle with cancer
Singer, actor and total legend, David Bowie has died at the age of 69 after a secret battle with cancer. The ‘creator of glam rock’ fought the cancer for 18-months, before passing peacefully today, surrounded by his family. He was one of the most colourful and successful artists of the 20th century with huge hits such as Heroes, Space Oddity and Let’s Dance, and who can forget his freaky 1986 film The Labyrinth. We’re big fans here in the Lovin’ office and were gutted to hear the news.
