Think you’ve got it pretty good at work? Or pretty sure there’s no way that your company would make this list?

It’s always good to see who is getting it right…especially when you’re thinking about making a move!

Well, it looks like the bosses at DHL are doing everything right as it has held on to its position as the top company to work for in the UAE. This makes it the third successive year at the number one spot for the company.

The study was undertaken by ‘Great Place to Work’, a global research, training and consultancy firm, who said that its sixth annual study had attracted a record level of participation in the UAE.

DHL, the logistics company, was praised for: “its core values, nurturing employee development creating a fun work environment, being transparent, listening and acting on employee feedback and celebrating successes”.

“This includes management attending courier rides and customer service calls — to ensure employees understand how integral they are to the success of the organisation and its customers.”

Two-thirds of a company’s score is based on the confidential feedback of their employees while the remaining score is attained from an audit of management and HR practices.
