In Airbnb’s lists, Dubai was ranked the fifth most expensive city in the world.
A mix of apartment and hotel rates has Airbnb rates in Dubai, Riyadh and Kuwait City were among the world’s priciest.
The supply of units from Dubai to Airbnb has more than doubled to 3,249 units in two years.
Luckily enough, Dubai tourism and Airbnb signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to support responsible hosting in the emirate.
For the second year in a row, Miami and Boston have taken up the top two spots in the average cost of living in private homes. Airbnb asked for $205 and $195 a night in each city respectively.
