A Dubai Expat Who Sent AED261 Home Just Won AED1 MILLION!

An unsuspecting customer sending money home to his family in Bangladesh became the winner of Al Ansari’s big summer prize.

Congratulations to Abdullah Al Arafat Mohammed Mohsin. Mohsin is a Dubai expat, he’s been living in the UAE for over nine years, and like so many in the country used an exchange service to transfer money home.

In this case, his lucky AED261 transfer has turned into AED1MILLION for Mohsin and his family.

The 30-year-old told Gulf News he will use half of the money to build a home in Chittagong, his home town, where his wife lives. He told local news, “I will build a big house. It will be the best in town.”

Mohsin and his wife are expecting a baby next month, no doubt this money will go a long way
