It aims to increase productivity in government sectors
Employees will be evaluated on their performance starting January, 2019, and it will be over five phases: performance planning, periodic review, evaluation, budgeting & adjustment of scores, and rewards & recognition.
The new Resolution will apply to all #Dubai Government employees, except for temporary ones. It creates a framework for linking individual targets of employees with strategic targets of government entities, & assess their performance fairly & objectively based on clear criteria.
