A Hotel In Dubai Is Employing An 80% Female Workforce
A Dubai hotel is employing 80% female staff to run its property, it has been announced.
Time Asma Hotel in Barsha will be employing a female-based workforce to operate its property, with two floors dedicated to females only.
General manager of the four-star hotel will be Ghada Mahgoub, and host facilities just for female guests.
The hotel will host 232 rooms across six floors, and provide career opportunities to more than 100 women
“The concept will provide career opportunities for more than 100 women, contributing towards goals set out by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to increase the presence of women in the workplace.”

The hotel is due to open at the end of 2017
It comes just after a five-star hotel on the Palm, Dukes Dubai announced a ladies’ only floor
