A villa in the exclusive gated community Emirates Hills has just sold for AED 100 million, peaking the recent record of AED 90 million.

The deal was sealed by prominent real estate company Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty according to a report from Gulf News.

The property is a massive 42,000 square feet and it took 18 months to finalise the deal.
