Tourists Can Now Get FREE SIM Cards From The Dubai Airport And There’s Only One Catch
In a new Smart Dubai project which was announced earlier this week, Smart Dubai will be collaborating with Du (a local network provider) and launching the “Connect with Happiness” initiative where they are handing out FREE Sim cards to all tourists!
Officials have confirmed that tourists coming into Dubai can now enjoy free talk time for up 3 minutes and 20MB data which will be valid for an entire month.

The small catch
As great as the news sounds there is one tiny catch to it, tourists have to be 18+ to be able to eligible for the free Sim cards… and we totally support this.
Kids under 18+ should be looking out for free ice-creams and not for free sim cards.

Dubai is known for going bigger and better is the first ever destination to be taking such a step in tourism hospitality!
Dubai has been launching a bunch of projects that have allowed tourists and residents to get the best out of the city, with complimentary WiFi spots around Dubai and opening up Dubai smart police stations.
Even with the killer heat we can officially say that we are living in PARADISE!!
