The Ministry Of Health In RAK Is Literally Going To Pay People To Lose Weight Over The Next Two Months

The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) and the RAK hospital have just the thing for you.
You can get AED500 per every kilogramme you lose, by simply participating in a 10-week fitness challenge they have co-launched.
People with higher BMIs are especially encouraged to participate
The main aim is to motivate UAE residents to re-route their dietary and exercise habits towards a healthier lifestyle.
Residents can register for the contest at RAK Hospital
The competition is open to all RAK residents over the age of 18 and will run between February 17 to April 28.
At the time of registration, the doctors will record the participants’ weight, height, BMI and blood pressure. When the competition concludes, RAK Hospital will invite all participants for a weight calculation, to draw a comparison from the original records.
One participant each, from the male and female categories, will be awarded with the cash prize – AED 500 per every kg lost!
