Loads Of Government Services Have Been Secretly Inspected In An Effort To Stamp Out Sloppiness
About 40 government services have been monitored via mystery shopping to improve services according to reports.
The project was conducted throughout 2016, and was tested through face-to-face, phone and email customer service inquiries.
The General Secretariat of the Executive Council will now study possible improvements of the 38 departments.
The programme tests the time, performance and ‘introduction to digital channels’ according to The National newspaper.
