The two have announced coming to the UAE, in a Twitter video, saying they’ll be attending two movie premieres- one in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi.

 

This is the first time that female lead Kathryn isn’t teamed up with her usual co-star (and real-life boyfriend) Daniel Padilla

The Philippines is known for being big on watching romantic-comedy genres, with many love teams continually being paired up to see who has the ‘right’ kind of chemistry, to rake in a loyal fanbase. Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla were a hit for many years, starring in 10 movies and countless television appearances together.

They’ve also been dating in real life, adding to the realness of their chemistry, but it will still be great to see Kathryn going out her comfort zone and acting without her usual partner.

Meet Alden and Kathryn during onne of their SIX special screenings on August 9 and 10. The two will be at Reel Cinemas, at The Dubai Mall at 11am on Friday, August 9 then head to Al Ghurair Centre between 3-4pm.

Abu Dhabi residents, don’t ya worry though- the two will also be around at Al Wahda Mall on Saturday, August 10, from 10am.
