The UAE Government aims to be in the top 25 countries for gender equality in the world, and though we’re not there yet (the UAE was ranked 120 in the world by the World Economic Forum based on a global gender gap rating in 2017), there’s one site helping us reach that goal.

Built solely for women in business, with the aim of taking out the recruitment middle man and providing a thoroughly useful tool, this is ideal either for employers, job seekers or people looking to make connections and improve employment prospects.

Based on the research from Diversitas (a global consultancy specializing in Diversity & Inclusion) which concluded a third of women have never felt supported in their workplace and over half believing flexible hours would improve their productivity, the hopscotch platfrom is a genuine support for women either job hunting, training, seeking personal development or simply seeking further opportunities.
After the launch in 2016 by co-founder and MD of Hopscotch, Helen McGuire; the platform has since raised an un-disclosed figure, hence the cool re-branding and re-launch.
