If you were affected by the six-hour long outage on Sunday in the UAE, the company is keen on discussing compensation with you. Way to go, customer service team. 

On Sunday, Du users complained about the network service that was on halt for nearly 6 hours, preventing mobile phone users from using the internet or even making calls.

They’ve confirmed plans for compensation over Sunday’s issues

The Telecom operator Du is planning out compensation options for those affected by it, as the “satisfaction of its clients is a key priority”, according to Gulf News.

It’s still unknown what type of compensation the customers will receive

They haven’t finalised a proper compensation yet but assures Du customers that they’re working to improve better services to residents of the UAE.

“Customer satisfaction is our key priority, and we are constantly in the process of enhancing our network and service standards so that our customers are able to enjoy a superior and seamless user experience.”
