A New Study Has Revealed The Most Sought-After Job Roles In Dubai

A new study by UAE-based recruitment consultants Robert Half has revealed that those who have skills in digital and interpersonal work will gain a lot from the job market in the UAE next year. 

Consider yourself lucky if you’re in any field that’s related to the above because Robert Half also added that the ‘consumer and business confidence’ is running at a higher rate as opposed to previous years and steady economic growth is about to take place in the UAE in the next year. There is, however; a skills shortage so despite there being a need for those in the digital and interpersonal sectors- there’s quite a lack of individuals in the UAE who acquire those skills. 

At the moment, 44% of UAE leaders want to expand their teams but 89%  find it challenging to find talents to fill open roles.
