The Scottish man who was arrested for public indecency and drinking alcohol without a licence after an incident at a bar in Rock Bottoms has been jailed.

Jamie Harron, an electrician from Stirling, was on a two-day stop over when the incident happened in July this year.

Charges were dropped by the man who made the complaint, however he faced prosecution for public indecency.

He denied charges of consuming alcohol without a licence and for public indecency but was found guilty and handed a three month sentence.

He has the option for appeal in two weeks. He will be deported following the sentence.
