UK fitness brand ICAN PT has arrived to the city. Forgive yourself for thinking you’ve stepped into a nightclub when you visit its studio set on the 29th floor. Expect chandeliers, large mirrors and polished concrete interiors. Throw in 5-star amenities like valet parking, Kiehl products, Fiji water, Egyptian cotton towels and salon-like hairdryers.
Celebs and a-listers swear by these guys. They have pretty hard core workouts that help with weight loss and body transformation. Plus, they suggest what you should be eating and drinking, so it’s a complete lifestyle change (for the better, obvs).
