There Is ANOTHER Long Weekend Coming Up

If you thought the Eid Al Adha weekend was where your public holidays for this year end, you’ll be happy to know you’re wrong.

The Islamic New Year might fall on Sunday, 2 October, this year (it is calculated according to the lunar calendar) so chances are its a national holiday. If you generally have a two day-weekend then expect Sunday off as well. Yep, next weekend pretty much looks like a nice long one.

The day marks the start of a new Islamic calendar year.
