There’s A Mozzarella Festival Happening In Dubai From Tomorrow

There’s nothing in life that mozzarella can’t solve.

The semi-soft cheese is the best thing to have happened to pizzas, Burrata and even eggplant. There’s a festival in Dubai dedicated to the Italian cheese and it starts tomorrow.

The Mozzarella Festival takes place at Carnevale, Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Think a menu where every dish has mozzarella – the starters, the pasta and the mains. Your plate could have stuff like crispy mozzarella Caprese style, pappardelle pasta with creamy mozzarella and mozzarella parmigiana. The other dishes on the menu are listed here.
