New Rules Are About To Make Shopping Online A Whole Lot Safer

New regulations for e-commerce sites in the UAE will make it safer for residents to shop online, it was announced on Tuesday. 

Sites will receive a certification from Dubai Economy which will be displayed on pages, for customers to recognise. 

This step will help ensure sites comply with consumer protection practices, resolve consumer complaints, as well as enable shoppers to use sites without worry. 

Dubai Economy will issue the certification, and help resolve any disputes between sites and customers.
