Pacquiao And Khan Have Confirmed A Fight For April 23

WBO world welterweight champion, Manny Pacquiao has confirmed he will fight Great Britain’s Amir Khan in a match on April 23.

Pacquiao and Khan’s camps confirmed the meet on Sunday via their twitter accounts, but no venue has been confirmed. 

Negotiations between team Pacquiao and team Khan have come to terms for the April 23 bout as this is what the fans wanted. #PacquiaoKhan

Pacquiao tweeted earlier in February that he would be looking to have a fight in the UAE and took a twitter poll as to who his opponent should be. 

Amir Khan was the overwhelming choice, leading to the decision for the two to fight.
