Residents Are Being Urged To Request Police Officers’ ID Cards After Men Were Caught Impersonating Officers

Residents are being urged to request police officers present their legal ID when encountering authorities, after three men were arrested for impersonating police officers in Sharjah this week. 

The men were caught posing as Sharjah police officers, before robbing people. 

Sharjah Police investigated the case after receiving several complaints from duped residents. 

They investigated the case and caught one man, who led the authorities to the two other men.
