OMG: It Just Got Easier To Sort Your RTA Paperwork With A BUS Centre That Will Come To You
The Roads and Transport Authority Dubai (RTA) has announced a mobile service centre to make it easier for residents to avail transport services, it has been announced.
The Mobile Customer’s Happiness Centre is going to travel around Dubai, to 14 different districts, with services including drivers’ licencing, parking card services and has self-service machines on board.
The bus will pop-up 10 days per month across the 14 locations and customers will be notified via text, website and social media about the location.
