Flow is located in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers and it aims to inspire people to reach their maximum potential through healthy food, specialty coffee and inspirational design.
The brainchild of the Emirates Youth Council and Her Excellency Shamma Bint Suhail Faris Al Mazrui, the UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs and inspired by a quote from HH Sheikh Mohammed, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai – “We are a young country, proud of its youth” – this place has got the royal touch.

Visitors will have fun with the unique ‘Milk Taps’ where you can choose between almond, rice, soya and coconut milk, as well as low fat and whole cow’s milk and the young staff (all under the age of 30) will happily talk you through the high quality coffee from Dubai’s own The Expresso Lab.
