Tenders Are Being Taken For The Mall On Deira Islands And It’s Going To Be Awesome
Nakheel is taking tenders for the Deira Mall development that will be located on Deira Islands.
The project, which lowest tender was priced at AED4.5billion will house a shopping mall, dining precinct and entertainment hub on the island located off the Deira Corniche.
The mall will host four millionsqf of leasable space, and will feature more than 1,000 shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment outlets.
Deira Island will also be home to a night souk – set to be the world’s largest night market.
It will reportedly house 5,300 shops, and be completed by 2018.
