The Body Coach Is Coming To Dubai For All The Fitness Freaks Out There

The Body Coach (aka Joe Wicks) will be headlining the Sun & Sand Sports Fitness Fest at Skydive Dubai on 4 and 5 November.
What to expect at the event?
In addition to High Intensity Interval Training, The Body Coach will hold live talks and interactive cooking demos. The festival will also feature competitions, children’s sports and cooking shows. Visitors can also shop health and beauty products and foodstuff.
Who is The Body Coach?
The nutrition guru is known for his quick fire workouts and low-fat cooking. He’s rescued people from dieting and instead helped them shed weight with his 90-day SSS plan – a shift, shape and sustain online tailored fat loss plan.
