These guys are now working on their sixth concept and you can actually check it out at Sole DXB (Dubai Design District) on 18 and 19 November before it officially opens next year.
The pop-up restaurant is called Uncle Jheff
The newest member of the Bull&Roo family will bring you Thai-inspired street food and Southeast Asian inspired cocktails. Think dishes packed with galangal, kaffir lime and chilli.
