Rüya (Turkish meaning for dream) is set to grace Dubai's dining scene in Q3 of 2016.
The Anatolian restaurant, lounge and bar by d.ream Group (Doğuş Restaurant Entertainment and Management) will be led by executive chef Colin Clague (his resume includes work experience at Burj Al Arab, Zuma London, Zuma Dubai, Qbara and Jean Georges Dubai).
Restaurateur Umut Özkanca's vision is to highlight the culinary diversity of Anatolian cuisine and establish the first internationally recognised Anatolian restaurant in the world. Good luck to him and his team!
