UAE residents looking to travel to Africa will find it easier to navigate with Etihad’s newest codeshare – Egypt Air.
The partnership will enable Etihad access to Egypt Air’s extensive African routes, via the airline’s Cairo hub, while Egypt Air will be able to access Australian routes and the Far East.
The CEO of Etihad said the codeshare will help promote tourism across the region
“EgyptAir is one of Africa’s most established and renowned airlines with an extensive network spanning cities across the African continent. This new codeshare agreement reinforces Etihad Airways’ commitment to a partnership strategy with airlines around the world that provides guests with more travel options to destinations worldwide. Our newest partner will also help further promote tourism, cultural and business opportunities between the UAE and Africa.”
