Here Are The Top 10 Evening Brunches To Do In Dubai Right Now

Avatar

Calling it: The evening brunch is MILES better than the OG daytime brunch and here’s why…

With the day time brunch, you lose the much needed weekend shut-eye, you get messy earlier that you should (‘cos be honest, come 4pm the streets of Dubai are no place for you) AND you end up spending a bloody fortune.

Day-time brunch? Forget it.

Here are the 10 best Thursday and Friday evening brunches in Dubai right now:

How did Lovin Dubai choose the final list?

  • Finalists were selected from all across Dubai
  • Online reviews, previous media coverage and notable blogs were also included in the overall rating
  • The final list is subjective – if we’ve missed out on any must-try places across Dubai, please do let us know!
  • The brand’s social media audience and engagement were considered

10. The ‘Hot Turkey’ brunch at the Blacksmith

If you like meat, and you’re looking for a thoroughly laid-back brunch where the order of the day is to FEAST, this is the brunch for you.

Direct from the huge smoker, at one of the handiest locals in Marina; food from the Blacksmith is full on flavour.

It’s three courses, you can have as much as you like, but though the the drinks FlOW, this is more chill than party vibe.

Think smoked meats along with sweet potato mash, mac and cheese, smoked brisket, lamb ribs and a creamy banana pudding topped with a golden Oreo and served next to a slice of pecan pie to finish. And it’s all as de-lish as it sounds.

When? Thursdays from 7pm – 11pm

How much? AED349 inclusive of house beverages

9. Mercury Lounge Dubai, Four Seasons Jumeirah

NOT a brunch- but close enough.

It’s always a treat walking into the Four Seasons Jumeirah resort and even better when it’s a Thursday evening and you’re about to finish your week off on a rooftop overlooking the impeccable Dubai skyline at Mercury Lounge.

Dress sharp for this ‘do, it’s an extremely glam affair.

Your gourmet dinner package comes from Mercury’s weekly changing menu, and the deal includes drinks. Expect live entertainment and a party crowd.

When? Thursdays, 8pm – 11pm

How much? Prices vary weekly for this (between AED280 and AED500 for two) and it’s worth nothing that this is the only option on the list that doesn’t include a drinks package, BUT it’s a fab spot…. So here we are.

Book Here and here.

8. Q43, Media One Hotel

Want New York vibes, a DJ, drinks, Dubai skyline views and a crowd who are simply BUZZED on the fact that they’ve successfully made it through another week?

6. Pure Sky Lounge, Hilton Dubai, JBR

This is an early-evening brunch deal; perfect if you want to enjoy a dinner with friends and catch the sunset from a 35th floor rooftop, before the DJ gets going and you can party all night.

The brunch at Pure Sky Lounge ticks all the boxes; it’s good value, great eats come in the form of pan-Asian sharing platters, plenty of drinks, live music and serious views.

When? Fridays from 5.30pm

How much? AED245 per person

5. Publique, Souk Madinat

Publique is located in the Souk Madinat, it’s Alpine-themed and the brunch here gives you serious apres-ski vibes.

This info is handy to have in your arsenal of dinner deals, ‘cos the deal runs everyday from Sunday through to Thursday, the only catch is you need four guests at your table (double date vibes?). Come party at a ski chalet, where a DJ hits the decks from 9pm – 1am, which means you’ll have no reason to move on once the brunch ends.

Food is served directly to your table, and it’s a food-gasm and a half with cheese raclette AND chocolate fondue as part of the package. Dream!

When? Sundays to Thursdays 8pm – 11pm

How much? AED345 per person

Book Here.

4. Penthouse, FIVE Palm Jumeirah

Skyline Thursdays at Penthouse are truly lit. The tunes are unreal (last week Booka Shade smashed it, Hannah Wants is coming on April 18 followed by Lost Frequencies on April 25) and this goes OFF for a Thursday night.

This evening brunch is definitely more about the party vibes, but guests can still tuck into live cooking stations and unlimited houses drinks for two hours.

When? Thursdays from 9pm – 11pm

How much? AED149 for women and AED249 for gents

3. STK, Rixos Premium or Downtown

It’s STILL nigh-on-impossible to secure a table at this party brunch, which says much on Dubai’s fickle resto scene, for a brunch that launched back in September.

This New York native steakhouse quickly became THE party brunch to be at on a Friday night, serving Dubai’s glam crowd a fantastic three course set-menu, unlimited drinks and a non-stop party in the form of energetic entertainment from wild dancers, singers and a saxophone player; you’ll be joining them on the tables in no time.

Happening at both STK Downtown and STK JBR, book your table immediately to secure your spot.

How much? AED499 for a three-course meal and free-flow drinks

When? Thursdays, 8pm – 11pm.

2. Pizza Express, JLT

LOVE this for a Thursday evening.

Pizza Express hasn’t gone OTT with ‘grammable entertainment like so many other spots. It’s the brunch that doesn’t try to hard, but it doesn’t have to. With live music that’ll have you on your feet about an hour in, book this in advance because you won’t be guaranteed a table if you book on the day.

Three courses are served direct to your table, the starters are amazing (the garlic dough balls are LIFE) and although the mains are only so-so (choose pizza, pasta or salad), your glass will never go empty and the service is on point.

No need to glam up for this one, consider it a party-brunch where everything goes.

How much? AED250

When? Thursdays from 7.45pm

Choosing number one on this list wasn’t an easy call, but the following spot is the best all-rounder.

Consistently pulling in a big crowd, it’s great value for money, the most pick-your-jaw-from-the-floor level entertainment and quick service for the food and drinks.

1.Congrats Wok & Roll at Mr Miyagis, you’re numero uno!

Miyagis is trying to bring Thailand’s infamous Khao San Road to Dubai, and they do a great job. Mark this down as a fun, party brunch; a totally lively spot to spend your weekend. The staff BRING IT with the entertainment, with karaoke that your table can get involved in where you don’t even need to leave the table, they just bring the mics to you, how great it that?! The atmosphere is amazing, you simply won’t want to leave.

The evening brunch brings you five courses served direct to your table, a mix of small bits like sushi and dim-sum, your choice of main and sticky rice and mango for dessert, plus, the drinks service is on point. Whether you’re on the grape, spirits or you’re keeping it South-Asian style with buckets, you won’t go thirsty.
