The ‘long holiday’ may be over, but that doesn’t mean this is no time to continue spoiling yourself. Relaxing comes in many forms, but one of the city’s favourite ways to honestly ‘treat themselves’ is by engaging in a fitness activity, meditative practice or a massage.

Or if you love doing the most, chances are, you tend to do all three.

Lovin Dubai has compiled ALL the ten best places for an invigorating yoga session. Whether you go once a month, every day or barely at all- it’s good to have your personal go-to, and that differs for every Dubai resident.

It wasn’t easy listing it down in order, because a yoga practice and how one likes it is different from another person, but these were listed by order, based on the online poll Lovin shared on its social media platform Instagram. 10. Naya Yoga & Pilates,

If you live anywhere near Motor City, then you’ve probably heard of Naya Yoga and Pilates.

This incredible, contemporary space often hosts free public yoga events and are known for incredible pilates and yoga sessions that will both help with those who wish to lose weight, tone or gain muscle- all while achieving the perfect stretch that only a yoga sesh can get you.
