6. Story-telling at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet, City Walk

Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet regularly hosts family events like talks and cooking classes, but this Friday’s event is a story-telling event for kiddies.

Weightlifting athlete and contributor to the bestselling book “Good Night Stories For Rebel Girls” Amna Al Haddad will lead the story-telling and the day will also include a discussion on role models and healthy habits.

5. Mocktails with a view at Pure Sky Lounge

4. Late night Ramadan nights at Alserkal

Every Wednesday, Alserkal Avenue opens up that little bit longer, giving you the opportunity to stroll through the galleries and creative spaces. A hub for arts and creativity in Dubai, use the late evenings to browse the 500,000 square foot space.

3. Jazz up your kicks at Converse

Thee first ever Converse flagship store has just opened in the UAE, and it’s got prime position next to Reel Cinemas in Dubai Mall

2. Catch the stunning Ramadan LED light display on the Burj Khalifa

You don’t want to miss this. The light show celebrates the spirit of Ramadan with art designed by artist Art Noor, who’s personal work is inspired by the 99 names of Allah and took 15 years to complete. 

Catch it every evening during the Holy Month from 7.45pm.
