Bayanihan Festival 2017: Thousands Are Expected To Attend The Popular Filipino Event At DWTC Tomorrow
Tomorrow the FilClub, a popular Filipino community club, will host the Bayanihan Festival 2017.
This year’s event will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre and it’s a day of Filipino culture, art and tradition with local Filipino food and trinkets on sale.
Best of all? It starts at 7.30am, it’s free of charge all day and everyone’s invited.
There’s even a theme song
A local Filipino band named TechPenz penned the song “Bayanihan” and you can currently hear it on Tag 91.1, Dubai’s only Filipino radio station.
The theme song was commissioned by the organizing committee according to the Philippine Consulate General.
20,000 Filipinos attended the last big event held by the Philippine Consulate General, and big numbers are expected for tomorrow’s event.
