With no degree qualification required, the profile requires you to operate rides, assist guests on and off them, manage queues, deal with customer complaints and most importantly be an ambassador for the parks by providing visitors with the right information. If you have anything between one to three years of experience in a service-related role, this one is for you. You could be asked to serve guests at different points including ticketing kiosks, VIP lounge or the contact centre. In this role your key duty is to provide support to the CEO to ensure a comprehensive service is delivered to the business. Are you super confident of your knowledge and ability to prepare Emirati or Indian cuisine? If you’ve been dishing out some delish food, let's just say they're looking for you.
