A Resident Shared His Slight Dilemma With Careem-Hala Rides And The Summer Heat
A Dubai resident recently tweeted his frustration about drivers ‘marking themselves arrived’ when they’re a few minutes away, leaving the passenger waiting in Dubai’s humid weather.
This obviously isn’t the case for everyone, or always, but following his tweet- Hala was quick to respond and look into solving the issue.

It’s still in trial-and-error stage- typical for every new app update
The new venture between Hala Ride and Careem UAE means cheaper transportation, with the same ease, accessibility and accuracy of the Careem app.
But since it was just recently launched, not a lot of people may know that it is still in its trial phase, and any errors occurring with the app or the machine is being considered on a day-to-day basis, to keep improving its tech aspects.
