If you were brave enough to face Mall of the Emirates or Dubai Mall yesterday evening, you’ll know exactly what this is about.
Traffic stood still next to Dubai’s biggest malls for the first day of Dubai Shopping Festival which kicked off with a 12 hour flash sale (the festival is a month long, brace yourselves folks, this was just the beginning).
Metro stations were PACKED and mall parking facilities were chockablock, with some drivers stuck in gridlocks for over an hour.
All for a good bargain eh?!
