Eid Ul Adha was celebrated in the UAE on Sunday and saw people come together to share the holiday’s joyous occasion with family and close friends.

HH Sheikh Hamdan also joined HH Sheikh Mohammed earlier in the morning to perform Eid prayers in Zabeel mosque along with many other mosque-goers.

They were joined with a number of Sheikhs, officials, and a crowd of worshippers

The Eid sermon discussed the spiritual significance of the auspicious occasion and the importance held by sacrifices in Islam. It also discussed tolerance, forgiveness, love, and acceptance.
