HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of Dubai and Ruler of Dubai has been spotted attending Iftar at the Dubai Opera House.

The extravagant Dubai Opera Iftar premiered tonight and obviously caught the eye of some very important people.
