An Indian Business Man Will Be Paying For Released Prisoners’ Flights Home

Indian billionaire, Firoz Merchant will be helping released prisoners return to their home countries after serving jail terms. 

The Pure Gold Jewellers founder will be allocating AED40,000 per month in aid of those looking to get back home. 

Merchant will be funding the release through the Faraj Fund – created to help inmates in need. 

He also recently helped 132 prisoners get released by paying debts of AED150,000.
