Every morning, Dubai wakes up to Kris Fade on the Kris Fade Show on Virgin Radio 104.4, the most popular breakfast show in the UAE.

If you haven’t heard the show (if you’ve been living under a rock), you may recognise Kris from his personal Instagram account which boasts a whopping 125k followers.

Now a regular at Dubai Fitness events, the following pic of a younger Kris next to none other than Kim K may shock you.

He posted the following image like a ‘before pic’ and commented he’s thankful for committing to a healthy lifestyle.

Now, he advocates a healthy lifestyle, promoting his own Fade Fit fitness (next workout May 13) and encourages the community to get active.
