Expo 2020 doesn’t mean rent will necessarily increase in price

The decline in yearly rents is expected to continue for many areas, according to a real estate researcher at ValuStrat who spoke to The Khaleej Times.

Annual rents in Dubai dropped by 9.2% in the first THREE quarters of this year, while it was down by 8.4% last in 2018, and 9.1% in 2017.
