The spirit of Dubai’s community is an unstoppable one.

A restaurant in Barsha, Foul W Hummus, has been putting a smile on people’s faces- especially after customers see the sign plastered on the restaurant’s front entrance.

Since 2017, this gem of a place has been serving free food to more than 30 people daily, just because.

The sign on this resto’s entrance reads, “If you can’t buy the food, it’s for free. This is a gift from Allah (God)” 

The only form of payment they want in return? A smile.

Since it’s such an adorable gesture, this shouldn’t be a difficult thing for most people who benefit from the lovely initiative.

The 39-year-old expat who owns Foul W Hummus says giving free food, especially to hard-working individuals like labourers or those seeking jobs came from the idea that no one should ever go hungry, reports say.
