According to figures released by BPG Cohn and Wolfe, a Dubai-based PR agency, 71% of UAE resident-consumers are prepared to turn to social media influencers prior to making a decision.

Facebook has proved to be the most popular platform, especially when it comes to all things food, with YouTube coming in not far behind.
Facebook also proved to be the most popular for all things fashion and beauty related with Instagram coming in second place.
