How fit do you need to be to do it?
Anybody can do it; any age or any fitness level. Speedflex machines work off individual force, the harder you push on the machine the more the machine will work against you. This is why anyone can do it! And each session can be modified to suit individual abilities.
Okay, so will you feel sore afterwards?
The training is low-impact as well as the movements being concentrically based, meaning little to no pain involved during or after sessions.
Sounds amazing! Do classes vary and how long are each class?
There are seven different class types available. Ranging between 30 and 45 minutes; they offer a range of different classes depending on the individual’s needs; from Bodyflex, Pureflex, Coreflex to Classic and Flextreme.
