The UAE has announced 240 new novel coronavirus (Covid-19) cases, 12 new recoveries and 1 death.

This brings the total number of Covid-19 cases in the country to 1,264, with 1,147 active cases, 108 recoveries and 9 deaths as of Friday, April 3.

Members of the public are being urged to follow all preventive measures with regard to the Covid-19, and not to circulate rumours or any information published by unauthenticated sources
