Dubai Fitness Challenge Ramped It Up A Notch With Another Huge Weekend Of Fitness
This weekend saw another huge event take place for Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Following a successful inaugural carnival at Safa Park, this weekend the crowds descended on Kite beach for two days of free classes, demos, celeb appearances and races.
But it wasn’t just happening at Kite Beach; between races, events and people doing their own thing across the city, Dubai went fitness mad this weekend.
Here’s what went down…
200 participants took part in the annual open water event City Swim at Kite Beach
Swimmers swam various distances between 250 metres and 2,500 metres
Some famous faces hit the Kite Beach carnival
Artists Mohammed Assaf and Massari let people know they’re in town
Dubai Police and HH Sheikh Mansoor bin Rashid Al Maktoum got involved in a tug-of-war
Sunset yoga FTW!
Fitness personality Cassey Ho held a free class of her unique POP Pilates
Trampoline volley ball is a thing and you could play it at Kite Beach
All types of fitness activities were available
The kids classes were the cutest
Some are getting their 30 minutes done in other ways
Team Angel Wolf took part in the Saucony Time Trial run
Over 100 runners took part and ran either 5km or 10km or a team 2.5km relay
Lovin Dubai boss man Rich nailed a podium finish

Finally, over 500 ladies took part in the hugely successful Pink Ladies Games
