A Dubai Couple Have To Lose Their AED 11,000 Honeymoon Package But Were Consoled With A Nice Surprise

Libyan food reviewer, Nairuz G, took to social media to express her sadness over her failed dream honeymoon to Maldives because of her hand-written passport. The Maldivian embassy set out a new rule that does not allow hand-written passports, making the couple’s over USD $3000 flights/hotel reservations pointless. 

According to Nairuz, the hotel refuses to even refund a single dirham, from the package she reserved at Booking.com. The post further details that the package is for sale to anyone who’d be interested in purchasing, at whatever rate is most convenient to them. 

The disappointed tone of this post was quickly met with a temporary mood uplift when Nairuz received a pizza box from Russo’s at her office.
